RAPE PREVENTION / SEXUAL ASSAULT

Most people think of rape as a sexual crime; however it is actually motivated by a need for the attacker to control, dominate and humiliate you into submission. It is almost always violent and usually a weapon is involved. It is possible to learn the skills needed to AVOID, ESCAPE and DEFEND against such an attack by learning the strategies, psychology and techniques necessary to stop a rapist. When you know your options and what is possible you will not be helpless and frozen with fear. Experts agree that if you take this type of training, your chances of defeating a sexual attack will multiply significantly. Most women think it will not happen to them and are totally unprepared in an emergency. You need to be prepared... No one has the right to assault or abuse you... ever! According to the FBI / Department of Justice crime statistics:

  • 1 out of 4 women will be assaulted in their lifetime
  • less then 10% of all rapes are reported
  • most rapes go unreported
  • 1/3 of all rapes in the U.S. are date rapes (someone the victim already knew)
